What information do we collect?

We collect only what we need in order to respond to you and plan your check-up:

• What you give us — the name, contact details and programme of interest you share through our forms.
• Information about your visit — pages viewed, browser and device type, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
• Records of our correspondence — messages, emails and call notes created while assisting you.

How do we use it?

Your information is used to answer your enquiry, send you the right programme and pricing details, schedule your appointment, meet our statutory record-keeping obligations and — only where you have separately consented — to tell you about services relevant to your situation. We do not sell your data, and we never use health information for advertising.

Who do we share it with?

Your information is shared only with the teams involved in your care — your check-up adviser, the relevant physicians and the appointments unit — and with the authorities where the law requires it. A detailed list is set out on our Personal Data Protection page.

How long do we keep it?

Form records are kept for a reasonable period after your enquiry has been resolved; health records are kept for the statutory periods set out in health legislation. Records that reach the end of their retention period are securely deleted or anonymised.

How do we protect it?

Your data is protected by access controls, encrypted communication and corporate information security procedures. Health data is processed by staff who are bound by a duty of medical confidentiality.

Your choices

You may at any time access your information, request that it be corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent to being contacted. Your request will be answered within 30 days, free of charge.
